MIND GAMES
Mindfulness can be achieved by a moment of reflection with your internal dialogue. This artist’s book is designed to interrupt intrusive thoughts with physical interaction with simple shapes, colors, and words of affirmation. Research of psychology in haptic mindfulness brought success to the intention of this project.
